The Beginning — Performics India

2004 – 2014

Started as a freelance programmer in 2004 and built HitzStat, India's first web analytics platform — a precursor to Google Analytics. Rose from Software Architect to Vice President of Technology over a decade, leading teams of 27+ engineers, architecting products like the IrisTrack social media platform, and transforming a support team into a revenue-generating business unit.

The Startup Chapter — LYK & Manhattan Communications

2014 – 2015

Led technology at two ventures simultaneously. At LYK, designed and delivered a mobile-first product helping parents manage academic, safety, and psychological concerns — leading a team of 25+ across PHP, Ruby on Rails, Android, and iOS. At Manhattan Communications, India's largest NRI marketing agency, architected email marketing products and launched a social media apps division.

The Current Chapter — WisdmLabs

2015 – Present

Head of Technology at India's largest WordPress company, providing technology consulting and digital products in e-commerce and eLearning. Scaled the engineering team to 50+, led 20+ product teams to create industry-leading products like RemUI (Moodle) and Instructor Role (WordPress eLearning), improved engineering capacity utilization by 16%, and implemented async engineering management practices across the organization.
