The Beginning — Performics India
2004 – 2014
Started as a freelance programmer in 2004 and built HitzStat — India's first web analytics platform, a precursor to Google Analytics. Rose from Software Architect to Vice President of Technology at Performics India (Publicis Groupe), leading a 27-person engineering team building enterprise MarTech products including IrisTrack, and generating INR 20+ lacs in external revenue by launching an open-source website division.
The Startup Chapter — LYK & Manhattan Communications
2014 – 2015
Led technology at two ventures simultaneously. At LYK, designed and delivered a consumer mobile + web platform for parents — leading a team of 25+ across PHP, Android, and iOS. At Manhattan Communications, India's leading NRI marketing agency, architected an email marketing platform and launched a social media apps division with data intelligence capabilities.
The Current Chapter — WisdmLabs
2015 – Present
Head of Technology (CTO) at WisdmLabs, where I rebuilt the entire engineering delivery model around AI. Architected and deployed a 240+ agent, 242-command Claude Code AI ecosystem — a production-grade multi-agent system embedded directly into the engineering pipeline. Led delivery of AI-powered products including TeachOS, CoachDash, and Securyn. Improved engineering capacity utilisation by 36% through AI-augmented scheduling, and led 20+ product teams delivering industry-recognised products like RemUI (Moodle) and Instructor Role (WordPress).
